Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1: Who comes on a PBSA
expedition?
A1: Our trips are geared towards the adventure enthusiast. Pacific Blue Surf Adventures are for people who love the outdoors and the ocean, have an adventurous spirit, a willingness to learn something completely new, and who enjoy sharing the company of others.
Participants are at least 18 years of age and come from a wide variety of different cultural backgrounds. Most of whom have minimal to zero surfing experience.
Q2: Why should I participate in
a PBSA expedition ?
A2:
Convenience:
Trying to piece together a surf trip on your own from scratch
can be both time consuming and difficult. When you come on
a PBSA expedition there is no need for you to worry about
renting a car, renting surfboards and wetsuits, figuring out
where to surf, where and what to visit, finding someone to
teach you how to surf, and locating a hotel. We take
care of mostly everything for you so that you can simply come
and enjoy your trip.
Knowledge:
We are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our
adventures. From the places to surf and see to the
great places to eat we have been there.
Price:
Our prices are extremely reasonable. Our trips are really
designed for those interested in having a great trip at a budget
price. To organize a trip on your own would involve the
costs of:
renting a car, gasoline, renting surfboards and wetsuits, surf
lessons or surf camps, accommodations, food and more. Add
these up and you will find that it will by far exceed the great
prices of our Adventures.
Q3: Do I need to know how to swim to participate?
A3: Yes! ALL participants most be able to swim . A large aspect of our trips involve being in the water.
