Booking Instructions and Policies
PBSA Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Once you have made
your selection on a surf package,
contact us by phone or email to confirm availability.
For those
of you paying by check or money order, a non-refundable deposit per person
of $400 CND must be submitted upon
registration to hold your space on the trip. The remainder of the fee is due
60 days prior to your event.
If you cancel 60 days prior to the event, you forfeit your deposit. If you
cancel within 60 days of the event, you forfeit the full payment.
PacificBlue Surf Adventures reserves the right to cancel any event or a part
of an event due to an inadequate number of participants or conditions, which
in our opinion, would compromise the safety of participants. In either of
these circumstances, applicants would be refunded in proportion to the part
of the excursion canceled.
Please note
that all airfare is booked and sold separately. In the case that a
surf trip is cancelled, we are not responsible for refunding your money
spent on airfare. This must be taken-up directly with the airline or
travel agent in which you booked your plane ticket with. It is advised
that participants purchase refundable tickets or trip cancellation
insurance.
Please send your deposit to:
